On the eleventh day of YA Book Recommendations, I’m sharing two of my favorite 2017 debuts!
Kissing Max Holden will leave you swooning in delight. I could not put this book down and fell in love with the story instantly. The writing style is addicting, and I could not get enough of Jill and Max’s story. I adored Kissing Max Holden, and I can’t wait to read Katy Upperman’s next novel! Need more convincing? The Color Project is a heartfelt debut novel full of family, friendship, and love. If you’re a fan of slow-burn romances, you will love Bee and Levi’s story. This novel is also full of positive family relationships, something I loved since I don’t often see them in YA. I recommend this for fans of Morgan Matson (especially her first two novels)! I LOVED KMH!
SAME! I think it was my second favorite read of the year!!
Did you read Tiffany Pitcock’s ‘Just Friends?
I did! I liked it, but it took me awhile to get into the 3rd person POV. Wesley James Ruined My Life was another fun Swoon Reads novel I enjoyed from this past year!
