Bookish Highlights

Visited the Penguin Random House office for the first time since I joined the company!
Road-tripped with 3 bookstagram friends to Arizona for the opening weekend of the Eras Tour
Attended . . .
- 7 book signings, including the Reggie and Delilah’s Year of Falling Launch, Chain of Thorns Tour, Afterglow Tour, Kismat Connection Launch, Business or Pleasure Tour, Throwback Library Event, and A British Girl’s Guide to Hurricanes and Heartbreak Launch
- 4 book-to-screen premieres and advanced screenings, including Daisy Jones & The Six Advanced Screening, Shadow and Bone Season 2 Premiere, Perfect Addiction Advanced Screening, and Queen Charlotte Series Premiere (+ the non-bookish Never Have I Ever Season 4 Premiere)
- 3 book festivals, including LA Times Festival of Books, YALLwest, and Pasadena Loves YA (+ volunteered at SteamyLit Con)
- 2 book club meetings, where we discussed The Do-Over and Georgie, All Along
Hung out with book friends in real life (I met up with a ton of new and old bookstagram friends throughout the year) <3

Reading Stats

Read 92 books, 48 of which were from RHCB (aka where I work)
October was my largest reading month with 22 books read (lots of picture books!)
Mystery was my most read genre, which included reading 14 Nancy Drew books
Reread 12 books (2 were book-to-screen adaptations)
