Shadow and Bone Season 2 Premiere

Today’s the day—Shadow and Bone Season 2 is finally available on Netflix! I had the most incredible experience at the premiere last week, and I’m excited to share all about it with you today. So come along on this magical adventure with me!

This premiere was hosted at Netflix’s Tudum Theater, which was such a cool space. They set up fences leading to the “black” carpet for the fans to wait at. Leigh Bardugo and the entire cast walked down this aisle and they were wonderful about stopping to sign books as well as take photos. 

Here I am with out favorite privateer—Patrick Gibson, who plays Nikolai Lantsov.

And here’s another new cast member from this season—Jack Wolfe aka Wylan Van Eck.

The Crows are my favorite part of show (shhhh), so I was especially excited to meet them! Here’s Amita Suman aka Inej Ghafa signing my book.

But I can’t forget about where it all starts—with Jessie Mei Li as the one and only Alina Starkov.

After the official carpet ended, a cocktail party was set up with drinks, appetizers, music, and trivia for us! We also had the opportunity to walk the carpet ourselves and pose for photos.

And then it was time for the screening! We headed into the theater, which had stunning tinkling lights in the ceiling.

The cast welcomed us in, and then the lights dimmed for the first episode. No spoilers here, but I was squealing with delight the entire time.

Thank you Netflix for having me at the Shadow and Bone Season 2 Premiere! This incredible evening will not be forgotten. I can’t wait to watch the rest of the season (and hope there’s another opportunity like this for season 3 😉).
