The Crown & the Arrow by Renée Ahdieh — 4 stars
The Crown & the Arrow
is a short chapter from Khalid’s POV from the beginning of The Wrath & the Dawn. I did enjoy his perspective, but I definitely had thought it was going to be longer than one scene. I’ve seen that The Moth & the Flame is longer, so I’m excited to read that and then The Rose & the Dagger!

No Love Allowed by Kate Evangelista — 4 stars
No Love Allowed
is another swoon worthy addition to the Swoon Reads line. It includes a main character with a mental illness, a main character coping with his mother’s suicide, and some great supporting characters. I recommend it for those looking for a cute, easy, and fast read! Full review here.

Nowhere But Here by Katie McGarry — 4 stars
The Thunder Road series begins with Nowhere But Here. I liked Nowhere But Here, but I definitely did not enjoy it nearly as much as I did some of Katie McGarry’s other novels. I enjoyed Emily and Oz’s story, but I think one of the reasons I didn’t enjoy Nowhere But Here as much was due to an overload of motorcycle club stuff. I was definitely frustrated along with Emily about wanting to know what was going on and figuring out all the answers to her mother’s past.

Walk the Edge by Katie McGarry — 5 stars
Walk the Edge
blew me away. I was immersed into Breanna and Razor’s story right away and felt so much for both of them. I actually teared up during parts of the book because I was either so frustrated or heartbroken over their situations. The romance between Razor and Breanna was so, so swoon worthy. Walk the Edge is one of my favorite Katie McGarry novels, and I can’t wait for the next installment in the Thunder Road series.
