I have heard such amazing thing about When Dimple Met Rishi, and I am so excited to finally have the chance to check it out for myself! It sounds like the perfect rom-com and summer read. Let me know what you think of this book if you have read it already!

A Book That Leaves You Wanting More

Jennifer Lynn Barnes’s The Fixer series is fantastic. My only complaint about it is that there are only two books! I would love more than anything for Jennifer to write another Fixer novel, especially after the last one’s ending! This is definitely a must-read series you do not want to miss.

 

A Book Where The Romance Is *On Point*

You will need a portable fan after reading Juliette and Warner’s steamy romance scenes in the Shatter Me series. I am beyond excited that three more books were recently announced for this series. I cannot wait to be reunited with Warner *all the heart eyes*

A Book You Were Excited for but Didn’t Live Up to Your Expectations

I absolutely LOVE Katie McGarry’s books. Her romances are so swoonworthy, and I adore her characters. I was SO excited for the conclusion to her second series, Long Way Home. Unfortunately, I was left disappointed. Don’t get me wrong, I still enjoyed the book, but it did not meet my high expectations. Read my review here.

A Fantastical Book That Transported You to Another World

Truthwitch is an action-packed story filled with secrets, deceptions, destinies, and so many adventures. The world is fantastic, and I love all the details Susan Dennard incorporated into making the Witchlands so vivid—it really did feel like being transported to another world. Read my review here.

A Dark Book That Was Light Up with Streaks of Beauty

Oh gosh, Code Name Verity is one of my favorite books ever. It definitely can be considered on the darker side since Part I consists of the confession Verity writes after being tortured, but it is such a gorgeous book. It is so heartbreaking and beautiful and stunning, and there are just no words to describe how much I love this book.

A Book or Series That You Can’t Get Enough Of

Ally Carter’s Heist Society is one of the series that got me into reading YA. I adore the characters (especially one Mr. W. W. Hale the Fifth) and the intricate heists Kat’s crew pulls off each book. I could absolutely read a hundred Heist Society novels without getting bored.
