I’m back home from a #TeamPRH work trip, so how I’m back home from a #TeamPRH work trip, so how about a little peek into what a week (and a half) of my life looked like as a publishing marketer?? 👀
WE COULD BE MAGIC is an adorable YA graphic novel WE COULD BE MAGIC is an adorable YA graphic novel full of colorful and fun art that brought the theme park and the cast of characters to life so beautifully!

Disney Parks fans will love Sommerland and this cute workplace romance between a character actor and her attendant.

I especially loved how dedicated and determined Tabi was in making her dreams come true (and creating magical moments for the kids visiting the theme park).

✨ About WE COULD BE MAGIC ✨

A swoon-worthy young adult graphic novel about a girl’s summer job at a theme park from New York Times bestselling author Marissa Meyer.

When Tabitha Laurie was growing up, a visit to Sommerland saved her belief in true love, even as her parents’ marriage was falling apart. Now she’s landed her dream job at the theme park’s prestigious summer program, where she can make magical memories for other kids, guests, and superfans just like her. All she has to do is audition for one of the coveted princess roles, and soon her dreams will come true.

There’s just one problem. The heroes and heroines at Sommerland are all, well . . . thin. And no matter how much Tabi lives for the magic, she simply doesn’t fit the park’s idea of a princess.

Given a not-so-regal position at a nacho food stand instead, Tabi is going to need the support of new friends, a new crush, and a whole lot of magic if she’s going to devise her own happily ever after . . . without getting herself fired in the process.

With art by Joelle Murray, the wonder of Sommerland comes to life with charming characters and whimsical backdrops. We Could Be Magic is a perfect read for anyone looking to get swept away by a sparkly, sweet summer romance.
Escape reality, explore the impossible✨ Took a Escape reality, explore the impossible✨

Took a little #TeamPRH field trip to see the IMPOSSIBLE CREATURES mural in Brooklyn!

This will only be live through October 12, so if you’re in the area, be sure to stop by before it’s gone!

And if you haven’t picked up IMPOSSIBLE CREATURES yet, now’s the perfect time as the sequel released earlier this month 😉
Okay who’s watched THE THURSDAY MURDER CLUB?? T Okay who’s watched THE THURSDAY MURDER CLUB??

The movie has been out on Netflix for a few weeks! I’ll admit that this book series has been in my TBR for ages now, but I still watched the adaptation right away.

Now I’m even more excited to dive into the books. I loved the cast, and I hope more movies are made!

Are you a fan of this series? What book-to-movie (or tv series) adaptation are you looking forward to?
I’ve been meaning to post this for weeks! But ba I’ve been meaning to post this for weeks! But back in July I pulled out my cowboy boots to celebrate the launch of LOVE IS A WAR SONG at one of @danica_nava’s tour stops!

This event was so much fun—and contained one of the most chaotic author conversations I’ve ever witnessed (and I’ve heard a lot!!) between Danica and @authorjaycilee.

We were also surprised with an appearance from the book’s incredible narrator @kylark, who read a passage live. Swipe to the end to see part of it!

Thanks @heartboundbookshop for hosting and for the cutest cowboy romance set up.

Help me pick my vacation read!!

I’m heading on a trip that will have time for a lot of reading—and while I’ll have my e-reader, I also want to bring along something from this amazing book mail pile.

So tell me what I should bring!
