I ordered my first ever book subscription box back in May, and I’m so excited to share the contents of it!
I ordered FairyLoot’s July “Pirates & Power” box, which came with two YA books!
The first book is Inherited by Freedom Matthews. It came signed and personalized, which is awesome! It also came with a letter and postcard.
The next book is an ARC of Frostblood by Elly Blake! Isn’t it just gorgeous? Two different covers where sent out, and I’m happy I got the Frost cover (as blue is my favorite color)!
The box was packed with other goodies! I just love the “I Ship It” tote bag designed by Alice in Wonderbookland. There is also a Pirate Bounty lip balm and Frostblood & Fireblood bath bomb from Geeky Clean, a fun Treasure Island notebook from Museums & Galleries, a Jon Snow Funko Keychains (which is perfect since I just binge watched all six seasons last month), and a bookmark from Behind the Pages!
Here’s a closer photo of the loot.
Overall, I am so happy with this box and I would love to buy another box from FairyLoot in the future! Have you ever bought a book subscription from FairyLoot or any other company? I’d love to know about your experience!
I bought a one-time box from Appraising Pages (Bookish Box). It was Harry Potter theme, so how could I resist? 😉
I was also super happy with what I got! There was a beautiful watercolour Dobby bookmark that I’m going to frame haha
Ooh, I haven’t heard of that book box before! I’m glad you loved what you got! I always love looking at what’s inside each box every month. It’s such a fun idea!
OHH look at that!!! So much awesomeness. I’ve heard of this book box company and been looking them up on Instagram. They are pretty amazing and love the books they pick. I’ve actually bought Owl Crate one time and it wasn’t worth the money, for me at least.
Awesome post Jordan. Hope you have a great day and happy reading xoxo
That’s a bummer that box you received was a disappointment. This was my first book box from any company so I was lucky to have received a great box. And thank you! 🙂
HOLY CRAP, this is SUCH an awesome box! I love the theme, love the looks of the books you got, love the different little accessories. I didn’t know this subscription box included ARC’s too! Either way, I hope you enjoy these books 😀
