Life Update – College Edition

September 25, 2015

Well, it happened. I’m now a college student. I moved into my dorm room four weeks ago. I can’t even believe that it’s already been a month—time has really flown by. I’ve been kept very busy these last few weeks with classes, homework (so much homework), and social activities, which is why I haven’t made too many posts this past month. Not only haven’t I had time to make posts, but I haven’t had time to read a book for pleasure. I went home this last weekend to visit family and friends (and to see The Scorch Trials movie!), and it was the first time I was able to read a book that I wanted to read in a long time. I was only able to read the first 100 pages, but I hope to make time this weekend to just relax and have some “me” time where I can just sit down and read. I hope now that I have a pretty good bearing on my schedule that’ll I’ll be able to read and post more often. That’s my goal for October, at least. Now with that, I wish you a happy fall!

Ww! Your in college, how exciting and scarey. Did you move far away from home or not? I wanted to move away and live in a dorm but I’m starting a college very close by in July so xD no dorm for me.
Sounds like you’ve been busy, hope you can find some more free time for yourself :)!
How was The scorth Trials movie? I’m too afraid to see it because I don’t take gore well and I heard it was a bit gooey and freaky and the Cranks look horrifying 0___0!
Hope you reach your goals :)!
Have a wonderful fall to you as well ^_^!!

Thank you for all the kind words! I moved about 4 hours away from home so far enough where I have to take a train to get home but still close enough where I can go home more often than some of my friends who decided on schools out of state. I thought the Scorch Trials movie was great! I haven’t read the book yet (I know, I really need to), so I don’t know how the movie compares to the book. Yeah, there is definitely some creepy parts in it…hopefully you can rent the movie when it comes out on DVD and fast-forward through those parts! 😀
