This is my third Fairyloot box, and I couldn’t be more excited to unbox it!
“All That Sass” was the theme for Fairyloot’s September 2017 box!
This month’s box featured Even the Darkest Stars by Heather Fawcett! It included a signed bookplate, author interview, and letter from the author.
This month’s box included some exciting items such as the Grisha-Nikolai inspired notepad designed by Alexis Lampley, Hot Chocolate for Sassy Demi-Gods by Brontie & Co, High Warlock Candle from In the Wick of Time, and a Solemnly Swear Magnet by Ink & Wonder Designs.
A tote bag with a quote from The Infernal Devices designed by Miss Phi and a Rattle the Stars beanie designed by Reverie & Ink was also included! Plus, there’s a Tower of Dawn bookmark!
Lastly, two prints (Carswell Thorne and Delilah Bard) designed by Taratjah and a sampler of Gentlemen’s Guide to Vice & Virtue finished the box off!
Overall, I’m happy with this box from FairyLoot! Have you bought a book subscription from FairyLoot or any other company? What’s your favorite? I’d love to know about your experience!
I’ve never gotten any sort of loot box. 🙁 Perhaps some day, I’ll treat myself.
But I just had to stop and comment, because the “Hot Chocolate for Sassy Demi-Gods” was just too cool to scroll past without some remark. Had me thinking of Percy Jackson and hot chocolate–two excellent things!
I haven’t tried any yet because of the shipping fees, but this one looks so great! So many different fandoms, I feel like it’s difficult not to like anything from there. The beanie and the hot chocolate have to be my favourites! Hope you enjoy Even The Darkest Stars! ❤
Thank you! I hadn’t heard of Even the Darkest Stars before receiving it so I’m excited to read it. The hot chocolate sounds so delicious and will be perfect to drink while reading it!
Such an awesome month! I’m always scared to order a box like this because I feel I won’t get anything I like haha. Headed to look up even the darkest star now <3
I’m always nervous about ordering boxes, too, which is why I have only ordered a couple single boxes and never subscribed to any boxes on a monthly basis. I try to wait until I see a theme I would enjoy and if any books I love are mentioned as possible swag.
